Bridge Consulting International has been asked to serve on the selection committee for The Leadership Fellows Initiative started in 1998 by the Public Education Foundation (PEF) in partnership with the Hamilton County district to help prepare a new generation of teacher leaders in our schools. Serving around 30 educators per year, the year-long program involves monthly workshops, job shadowing, school visits, mentoring, study groups, leadership projects, presentations and a portfolio. Leadership Fellows are chosen through a strict selection process by a committee that includes a principal, an HCDE Central Office employee, a PEF director and a community representative. This was the PEF's 11th class of teachers for The Leadership Fellows initiative and they see value in having corporate participation in the selection process.
