Bridge was founded in 2003 by Ernst & Young Consulting's former UK Managing Partner, John Kelly, along with two of his senior colleagues from E&Y, Max Mosenthal, a specialist in large-scale organisational transformation, and Jenny Whitener, the former Global Head of Learning and Development, with a vision to create leadership development programmes which realise organisational strategy through the development of senior leaders.

The Bridge core team possesses specialist knowledge in the areas of professional services, healthcare, energy, media and public sector institutions. In addition, Bridge has a dedicated Legal Sector Group that provides a range of customised services to legal industry clients as well as research and thought leadership to the broader profession.
