Measuring Law Firm Success
The primary objective of the project is to generate a more comprehensive and holistic system of measuring law firm performance than is currently available in the legal industry. In addition, research is currently underway to develop a broader strategic framework to support firm-level decision making aimed at achieving sustainable success.
The initial launch of the project occurred on 15 November 2007 as a joint effort between Bridge Consulting and Allen & Overy. A second successful conference was hosted by The Law Society on 17 March 2008 where representatives from across the legal profession came together to share perspectives and provide insight for the further development of the measurement model.
Bridge is currently working closely with The Law Society to take this exciting initiative forward. For more information on current research and upcoming Law Society sponsored events, please see The Law Society website.
