Bridge's Senior Partner, John Kelly, recently spoke at the Annual International Bar Association Conference in Buenos Aires along with a panel of legal services experts. The session topic was: Managing a modern law firm - is a corporate approach compatible with the core principles of the legal profession?" In this session, John presented an overview of the key findings from the ongoing research study being conducted by Bridge Consulting International by invitation of the IBA. The study explores how law firms can successfully implement the right mix of corporate and traditional partnership style management practices to face the challenges of increased size and scale, commoditisation, the changing talent market and economic downturn.

In order to provide a more comprehensive analysis of these complex issues, we are currently broadening our sample of participating firms to include a wider variety of firm sizes and nationalities.
